Vintage Child's, Junior's Formal Maxi Dress, 1960s

Deep blue, full-skirted, formal maxi dress, likely from the 1960s.  Child or Juniors sizing.  Dress appears to be homemade, may have been a theatrical costume.
 
In good vintage condition, with a few flaws.  Some discoloration along skirt, one area of bodice.  Fabric shows some age and wear.  Please see pics.  Selling As-Is, dress has not been cleaned.
