1970s or 80s vintage red and white polka dot handmade clown costume.

Elastic gathered ankles, wrists, and neck with an open back seam and tie neck.
Rick Rack trim on wrists and cuffs.
Fabric is medium weight cotton or cotton blend with no stretch.

22" inseam from crotch to ankle (dropped crotch)

Damages as follows:
- Seam at back is slightly worn.
