100% wool, red and black plaid short jacket from Pendelton. 
Red lining and self-faced buttons.  Dated to the 1950s or 1960s.  

Chest measures 38" across.  
shoulder to hem is 19"

Woven fabric does not stretch.
In good vintage condition.
