Vintage costume for your little clown! 

Knit striped fabric has a lot of stretch, so can fit a range of sizes.  Yellow sleeve fabric has little stretch itself, but has elastic around the cuffs.  
Purple sequins trim the neckline with two yellow Pom Poms on the front.  
Open back with hook and eye closure at the neck.
