1960s sleeveless maxi dress.  Cream shell top with navy blue and yellow psychedelic floral print skirt. 
yellow crochet bobble trim.  
Brand tag reads "Puritan - Forever Young"38" chest30" waist42" hip 57" length from shoulder to hem 
 
polyester fabric offers minimal stretch.closes with zipper down the back.
One very small stain on bodice - see pic. Otherwise in very good vintage condition.
