Chainstitched 1980s Windbreaker, Inspired by Snoopy, Sporty Snap Jacket

1980s Royal Blue windbreaker.  Chainstitch on the front reads "Peg" and "86-87".
While the back of the jacket is stitched with "Culinary Arts", "GDJCC", and Snoopy!
