Outer shell feels like a cotton/poly blend that provides no stretch. Top of bodice is lined in a satin-feel fabric (no lining in skirt). 
Closes with a metal zipper down the back.

Item is in good wearable vintage condition consistent with age.
There is some orange staining on the top of bodice and under arms.
