1940s Long Sleeve Black Dress with Velvet Stripes, Medium

1940s black long sleeve dress with velvet stripes.   Synthetic knit fabric offers no stretch.   Dress closes with a metal zipper at the waist.   There is some padding in the shoulders.   Chest: 36" Waist: 30" Hip: 38" Length: 48" from shoulder to hem Modern Size Equivalent: Small/Medium   In good, wearable vintage condition consistent with age.  Some slight discoloration on top of shoulders - see photos.
