This was originally a clown costumes - but we think it could also work as a fashion item!  

1980s homemade vintage clown costume - tunic length top
rainbow stripes with hearts and stars
lightweight cotton or cotton blend fabric with no stretch.  
elastic cuffs and neck.  Elastic around neck also allows it to be worn off-shoulder.
