1960s VFW Auxiliary Uniform
1960s VFW Auxiliary uniform, including dress, gloves & hat w/dust cover. We found this in a closet, with all the pieces together, but are unable to tell if the gloves are original to the outift (they are from the correct time period).
Unlike most of the garments we offer, we have opted to not alter it in any way and leave all existing imperfetions as-is. The dress and hat have been cleaned only.
Dress is royal blue, mod style & zips up the back. Made from polyester, no stretch in fabric. Imperfections include: wear, discoloration & pills throughout, a weak seam in the armpit & under collar, missing a button on the front pocket. Please see pictures.
Hat has two original patches. Please note that while we are including the hat dust cover, it is quite yellowed & aged, and does not meet our usual quality standards.

We use a scale of Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor to show item’s general quality.
We go over each item carefully to find & disclose any flaws. However, it is possible that we may have missed something, so please look over the pictures carefully and ask any questions in advance.
Please also note that we are a dog-friendly shop - dog hairs are inevitable :)
