Vintage Embellished Layered Skirt Party Dress - Juniors, Petite XXS

Eye-catching vintage party dress embellished with a velvet flower.  Looks to be handmade.  Metal back zip, three layers of crinoline underneath.

In wearable, but imperfect vintage condition, with extenstive fading & discoloration throughout.  It looks to be sun-bleached in the front, and there are several areas of discoloration and a few light knicks in the fabric (see pics). Priced to reflect condition.
