1960s Cream Colored Cloche Hat with Pin

this cream colored cloche from the 1960s
features criss-crossed piping at the top of the crown.
The hat is made out of felt with a suede-like feel.
A decorative kilt pin is also attached to the ribbon band trim.

Hat is in fair vintage condition with some wear and discoloration around the interior of the hat. (see photos)
