Please note that sizing is ESTIMATED and it is best to go by the measurements.  Keep in mind that clothes will need to be several inches larger than your body measurements, in order to fit. 

I recommend comparing this garment’s measurements to something similar that fits you well, by laying the garment flat and measuring it at rest/un-stretched.  I’m happy to answer any questions about how I’ve measured something.

Domestic shipping only.  Free shipping is offered via USPS 1st class, unless otherwise specified. 

Please note:

• USPS 1st Class shipping usually takes 2-5 business days, and does NOT include insurance
• Priority Mail takes 2-3 business days,  and includes $50 insurance on domestic packages

Contact us for expedited shipping, to add insurance, etc.

We are not responsible for orders once they are at the post office, so please consider adding insurance.

We do accept some returns.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged.

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at jackiewhoavintage@gmail.com and we will work with you to correct the issue.

For returns:

You are responsible for the cost of shipping returns and any damage that occurs during shipping. Items damaged during shipping may not be eligible for return. Please contact us for mailing address to return items.

After we receive your item, it will be inspected to determine if it is eligible for refund or credit. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

A refund will be issued once we have received and approved your returned items. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds or credits shall be the original cost of the product. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction.

Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers. We are not liable for any delay in processing.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for the following items: 

• Bathing suits
•  Undergarments & lingerie
